What Are Supportive Modalities?

At Neu Horizon, supportive modalities are considered as complementary tools — used only when appropriate, and always as part of a broader plan. They may assist with recovery, regulation and wellbeing, but are never offered in isolation. Every option is screened carefully, explained in plain language, and chosen in line with your goals.

Modalities We May Use

  • MILD HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY (mHBOT)

    Supporting circulation, oxygenation and recovery

Our seated mHBOT chamber allows you to breathe oxygen at a higher-than-normal pressure in a calm, non-invasive setting. The experience is enhanced with integrated red light and a reclining massage chair, creating a restorative environment that supports circulation, cellular function and recovery.

At Neu Horizon, mHBOT is always considered after thorough screening and integrated into your broader care plan. Sessions are supervised, tailored to your needs, and never offered as a stand-alone or replacement for medical care.

  • PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD THERAPY (PEMF)

Gentle electromagnetic fields for cellular support

PEMF therapy uses carefully controlled electromagnetic fields to influence cellular processes in a safe, non-invasive way. Some people choose PEMF to support recovery, circulation and overall wellbeing. At Neu Horizon, PEMF is never offered as a stand-alone solution but may complement osteopathy, rehab or lifestyle strategies where appropriate. Every session is guided with clear explanation, informed consent, and in alignment with your health goals.

  • THE NEUBIE DEVICE (NEUFIT METHOD)

Re-educating the nervous system through direct current

The Neubie is a direct-current neuromuscular stimulation device that works alongside active movement. Using the NeuFit Method, it helps identify protective patterns in the nervous system that may be limiting performance or recovery. By combining targeted stimulation with guided exercise, the Neubie can support neuromuscular re-education, reduce guarding, and reinforce efficient movement. We integrate Neubie sessions into your rehabilitation plan where appropriate, always in combination with active strategies like DNS, Pilates, or strength work.

  • IV WELLNESS THERAPY

Targeted nutrients for hydration, energy and recovery

IV Vitamin Therapy delivers a carefully selected blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion for efficient absorption. Sessions may be chosen for hydration, energy support, skin wellness, recovery after travel or busy periods, or simply as part of a broader wellness routine. Administered only by qualified health professionals, sessions include a full screening for safety and take place in a calm, supportive environment. Options are available as single infusions or intramuscular injections where appropriate.

(Disclaimer: IV nutrient therapy is intended as a supportive wellness service and not a substitute for medical treatment. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary.)
