About Us

A Team Rooted in Care

At Neu Horizon, our approach is calm, patient-centred and evidence-guided. Each of us brings unique skills and experiences, but we share the same goal: to help people move with confidence, restore resilience, and feel supported in their health journey.

Meet Dylan

Dylan Steele is an osteopath, clinical naturopath, and movement coach — and a proud Lennox Head local. His own health challenges gave him the perspective of being both patient and practitioner, shaping a style of care that listens first, explains clearly, and empowers people to take back control of their health.

Dylan holds a Master of Osteopathic Medicine, a Bachelor of Clinical Science, and an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Naturopathy. He has also completed advanced studies in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, the NeuFit Method, massage therapy, and yoga.

This diverse foundation allows him to blend manual therapy and movement rehabilitation with naturopathic principles and modern adjunctive therapies — supporting recovery through the integration of body, mind, and lifestyle. His approach is calm, evidence-informed, and designed to meet people where they’re at — helping them move, feel, and live better.

Meet Monique

Monique is a Registered Nurse with a background spanning oncology, haematology, and general medical care. As a mum of two and a passionate advocate for wellness and longevity, she combines professional expertise with a warm, human touch.

At Neu Horizon, Monique leads IV Wellness Therapy. She specialises in crafting personalised nutrient infusions and performing gentle IV cannulation with precision and care. Known for her compassion and calm presence, Monique makes each step — from consultation to after-care — feel safe, clear, and supportive.

Meet Dietmar

Dietmar is a physical therapist and aspiring osteopath with a deep respect for the power of movement in recovery. After experiencing multiple sporting injuries that required extensive rehab, he saw first-hand how osteopathy and exercise therapy can restore function and confidence — sparking his own path into healthcare.

He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and has worked extensively with NDIS participants, supporting clients to improve coordination, mobility, and wellbeing. Currently completing his Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University, Dietmar is passionate about blending evidence-based rehab with holistic care to enhance quality of life. Outside of clinic, you’ll find him surfing, diving or fishing — staying connected to the ocean and active living.

Dylan’s path into healthcare wasn’t straightforward — it was born out of his own struggles with persistent health challenges. Living with pain and uncertainty gave him first-hand insight into how overwhelming recovery can feel, and how vital it is to have practitioners who listen.

That experience drove him to study osteopathy, completing both a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine. Along the way, Dylan also completed an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Naturopathy, expanding his understanding of how nutrition, lifestyle, and environment support the body’s natural healing processes. His curiosity and respect for the mind–body connection led him to explore Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, kinesiology, the NeuFit Method, massage therapy, and even Kundalini yoga teacher training. Each step has added another layer of perspective, weaving evidence-based science, holistic care, and naturopathic principles into the way he works today.

When Dylan founded Neu Horizon, it was with the vision of creating more than just a clinic. He wanted a space where people feel seen, where assessment and treatment are tailored to real lives, and where recovery plans are both practical and sustainable. Neu Horizon reflects those values: calm, evidence-guided, and always centred on the individual story behind each patient.
